These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TTSDesk (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

TTSDesk converts text into synthetic speech. A free tier provides standard voices; a paid "Pro" tier unlocks premium voices and higher limits.

Accounts & license keys

Pro access is activated with a license key issued at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share, resell, or distribute it.

Payments & refunds

Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policy presented at checkout; contact support@ttsdesk.com for billing questions.

Ownership of generated audio

Subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, you own the audio you generate and may use it for personal and commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to impersonate, deceive, harass, or create illegal content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTSDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
