We want TTSDesk to be useful and safe. By using the Service you agree not to use it for any of the following.

Prohibited uses

• Impersonation & deception. Do not clone or imitate a real person's voice without their explicit consent, or pass off AI audio as a real person to deceive others.
• Fraud & scams. No phishing, scams, or fraudulent robocalls.
• Illegal content. No content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates applicable laws.
• Harassment & hate. No content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
• Sexual content involving minors. Strictly prohibited.
• Misinformation. No deliberately false content designed to mislead, including political disinformation.
• Spam & abuse. No automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security.

Disclosure

Where appropriate, disclose that audio is AI-generated, especially in contexts where listeners might otherwise assume it is a real human.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
