Refund & Cancellation Policy

TTSDesk Pro is a monthly subscription. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply. It's intentionally simple — if something isn't right, email support@ttsdesk.comand we'll help.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to the free tier — you are not billed again. To cancel, email support@ttsdesk.com from your account email (a self-serve cancel option is rolling out).
Refunds
If you're unhappy, email us within 7 daysof a charge and we'll refund that payment, no questions asked. After 7 days, cancellation stops future billing but the current period is non-refundable, except where required by law.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed by Creem (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your statement shows the original charge from Creem on behalf of TTSDesk.
Free tier
The free tier is free — there is nothing to cancel or refund.
