This Privacy Policy explains how TTSDesk ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our text-to-speech website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Text you submit. The text you enter is processed to generate audio. We do not use your text to train AI models.
- Account & usage data. If you create an account or unlock Pro, we store a license reference and basic usage data needed to operate the Service.
- Payment data. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem (acting as Merchant of Record). We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical data. Standard logs such as IP address, browser type, and request times, used for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To process purchases and validate Pro license keys.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To respond to support requests.
Data retention
Generated audio may be cached temporarily to improve performance and is automatically evicted over time. We retain account and transaction records only as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including Creem for payments and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function.
Your rights

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
